This is my second interaction with Bilia in Vasteras. The first time I buy a second hand renult from them. I would suggest as it gave us a good deal with discount on insurance and winter tires. The car was delivered clean and ready to ride. Second time today for tire change, it is 495 SEK that is not very cheap and the job was done on 10 min. But I was siting more than 1 hour waiting to receive back my keys. Don’t like it. Not respect to customer. 10 min job and 1 hour + 30 min waiting (before and after). So will try other shops for tire change next time.

I buy a heavy product online that shipped to me by Bring. During shipping in the Elgiganten website, it did not mentioned the delivery address and simply said close to your home. The delivery was not close and had a big issue to carry a heavy and big pack for 5 km to home.
