Unfortunately, the comfort level did not meet expectations. The beds were extremely uncomfortable; the mattress was overly soft and kept sliding, making it difficult to sleep properly. Additionally, the room was very noisy due to its location on Drottninggatan. It genuinely felt like sleeping on the street, which significantly affected rest quality. The breakfast was very basic and offered limited variety, especially considering the price of the stay. There was nothing particularly noteworthy or special. Room service was also disappointing. When I requested an extra pillow in the evening, I was told to come to the reception myself to collect it. This is impractical, especially when staying with children and unable to leave them alone in the room. Overall, the location is a positive aspect, but issues with bed comfort, noise, service, and breakfast quality made the stay less satisfactory. I don't recommend this hotel.
