I bought a tailgate through them for a Seat Leon, which was to be sent to Denmark with DHL. When the tailgate arrived, it was unfortunately badly damaged, so I first contacted DHL, who then informed me that I should contact Örns Bilskrot, as they would file a claim for compensation. But now they no longer respond to emails, and I have not heard from them since April 17. So now I am left with a damaged tailgate, which I have to pay to have repaired and painted myself. I advise everyone not to do business with this company!
