The first time I contacted VC, I was asked why I chose Skebäcks VC. I explained that I had moved to Skebäck and lived a 3-minute walk from the health center. This is how new patients are welcomed at Skebäck. On a later occasion, when I contacted VC, I received the comment "you can change health center if you are not satisfied". Strange behavior. I was not dissatisfied, I had a question. Because of that, Skebäcks health center thinks I might as well change health center! I assume that this unpleasant treatment is based on the fact that it is completely impossible to get an appointment with a doctor. On the other hand, my mother also went to Skebäcks health center. She was always treated in a nice and professional manner. However, she was a pensioner and it is a real pensioner's area in Skebäck/Wadköping. Maybe they just want older patients? Regardless, there is reason to review the patient treatment and organization at Skebäcks health center. After all, the purpose of a health center is to provide care!
