I contacted Willhem to ask if it was possible to collect the key to my new apartment before the end of the month. They said they would check and get back to me. Shortly after, they called me from a hidden number on Friday, January 23rd, and said that I could collect the key on Monday, January 26th, because the apartment was empty and ready. I took time off work to collect the key that day. When I got there on Monday, the staff was very rude to me and said that they could not give me the key earlier. When I told them that they had called me themselves and said that I could come, she said that was not true and that no one had called me. I am very disappointed to be treated like this and that they do not stand by what they have said. I took time off unnecessarily and still did not receive the key. Very poor service and lack of respect for customers.
