This honey is so good that I don't dare have it in front of me – it mysteriously disappears straight from the jar (with a spoon, not a finger… usually). I don't put it in tea – that would almost be a shame – but I smack it directly on hard bread or mix it with cottage cheese as if I were some kind of Viking Yogi on a super diet. It's raw honey, so not pasteurized, which means that the healthy stuff actually gets to stay (unlike many store shelves' "honey" that is more like sugar cream in disguise). And the shipping? Fast.
