About 3 months ago they had an offer,, examination for 300kr I went there and was told that a molar tooth needed storage::cost myself 1000kr I had also paid to other dentists before so I have calculated that I now have high cost protection. Then I call to find out if I really have high cost protection and they say no. Why? Because what I paid to them was not within the reference price!!! but more expensive So it does not count in the amount you need to pay to get high cost protection. Huh???? Then I ask the woman who answers the phone ..why don't you say that it does not count ... now I have paid more than what it costs plus I have not received my high cost protection ... She answers I but we have a fairly cheap examination therefore we have more expensive treatments ... Excuse me!!! If you have an offer, you should stand by it, don't exploit the patients for something else I was completely disappointed As advice:: always check the reference prices and also ask if what you are going to pay is within the reference price or not, otherwise they just want to cheat you...
