I had an appointment with Milos Drazic on 26 January for an annual check-up. After the session, when I went to reception to pay, the receptionist asked me to wait and then went to speak with Milos to confirm the amount to charge me. I was speaking English, and they had this conversation in Swedish, apparently assuming I would not understand. After Milos confirmation I was charged 1,390 SEK for an appointment that lasted less than 7 min. The moment I left the clinic I contacted the friend who recommended this clinic and who... is also a patient here. He told me that for the same type of appointment, he usually pays around 600 SEK less. I then asked if he knew others who are patients at this clinic and could check with them as well. In short, among six patients who go to this clinic, I was the only one charged this amount. I have to mention that I had no problem and didn't need any treatment or extra care like all the others I spoke to. The only difference between me and them is that I don't speak Swedish. No need to mention that I canceled my appointment with hygienist and won't be going back.

Efter besöket, när jag gick till receptionen för att betala, bad receptionisten mig vänta och gick sedan för att prata med Miloš för att bekräfta beloppet som skulle debiteras. Jag pratade engelska, och de hade samtalet på svenska, tydligen i antagandet att jag inte skulle förstå. Efter Milos bekräftelse debiterades jag 1 390 kronor för en tid som varade mindre än 7 minuter. I samma ögonblick som jag lämnade kliniken kontaktade jag vännen som rekommenderade den här kliniken och som... också är patient här. Han berättade för mig att för samma typ av tid brukar han betala cirka 600 kronor mindre. Jag frågade sedan om han kände andra som är patienter på den här kliniken och kunde höra med dem också. Kort sagt, bland sex patienter som går till den här kliniken var jag den enda som debiterade den här summan. Jag måste nämna att jag inte hade några problem och inte behövde någon behandling eller extra vård som alla andra jag pratade med. Den enda skillnaden mellan mig och dem är att jag inte talar svenska. Det behöver inte nämnas att jag avbokade min tid hos tandhygienisten och inte kommer att gå tillbaka.
