Booked an appointment. They never sent me a confirmation message. When I got to the usual address they told me they had moved. When I got to the new address (obviously late) I explained to the receptionist they never told me they had moved and that’s why I was late. The receptionist has the worst attitude ever. She first tried to gaslight me that I have always been coming to this clinic for many years (when I had never been here). She said I didn’t get a message because I booked my appointment the day before (which is also not true, the appointment was booked two weeks ago). She then told me that they had no idea when they could take me in, and then they changed my doctor without me knowing. You might as well throw your uterus out the window if this is the service you get from your obgyn.
