Terrible experience where they cancelled all our cleaning at 2 days notice with no apology and blamed the hours that they had agreed to do at the start as why they would clean for us anymore. They sent a girl who was rude a a very poor cleaner and although I asked them not to send her again they did. When I complained about this suddenly they couldn’t clean for us anymore. There were also times cleaners didn’t turn up without notice. The manager Fredrik was extremely rude and totally unsympathetic. He clearly has no idea what good customer service is. Very disappointed and extremely inconvenienced.
