Previously removed review. If you are Serbian you wouldn’t be able to use their services as the country (Republic of Serbia) does not exist in their system. Answer to Veronika: Thank you for reaching out to this negative feedback (1 out of 5 stars). I was trying not to disclose what actually happened as the story sounds even worse in that case. I’ve been referred by 1177 phone support nurse to your clinic/hospital as it’s the one closest to me and are able to help me with the pulmonary issues I’ve been experiencing. I’ve arrived 2 minutes before 17:00h, I was the last in queue, I’ve received F626 number. I’ve waited for about an hour, which is fine, everyone is served once his number is called. The waiting lobby is nice, and apart the nurse/lady who welcomed us in the building (when the doors were eventually open), that is the only positive thing I can find to say. When I my number is called I’ve approached the left side reception booth. I remember the nurse name, I am not going to post it. I’ve been asked about my issue, which I’ve explained in brief sentences. Then I was informed that even though I live (residence permit, rented apartment) and work (work visa) in Sweden and I pay taxes through my salary, because I don’t have a personnummer issued to me yet (in process of being issued) I had to pay the full price of a doctors examination. Even though I don’t consider this to be fair, it is fine. The money is not an object. I needed medical assistance and advice. At that point I was informed that I would have to be invoiced to the full amount of the exam cost. Which is fine. At this point the lady at reception called for help of second reception lady, as her station was empty. Then I was asked for some identifiable documentation. I gave my residency permit and my passport. The invoice needed to be billed to my address in Serbia. The lady managed, eventually, to enter the address and the necessary details. The reason I say eventually is because all of the necessary information is in the passport itself, but that wasn’t enough. At that point I was informed that there is no Serbia in their billing system, but it was emphasized, several times that there is Kosovo, and one time Croatia, Slovenia and Slovakia. I was also asked if Serbia was in EU. I would like to believe, and my inclination is to think that this has nothing to do with me being a Serbian decent and Serbian citizen, but I’m puzzled to why/how are those other countries been brought up in such a lighthearted joking way, with couple of small laughs in between. After that little episode, the lady started reading the list of countries starting on S, Serbia was, according to her, not listed. A country that exists 500+ years is not in the system. I suggested to check if it’s under “Republic of, Serbia” and as a last resort, is possibly Yugoslavia listed. The reply was that it was not present in the system. I’ve realized that either by bad luck or some other reason, still unknown to me, I had to ask for my documents back and to look up another clinic/hospital. The lady wrote a name of a hospital near by where I could possibly get some assistance. So, just after an hour and a little bit more I left your clinic/hospital, not really in condition to trek through the city, but that was my only option.
