I placed an order online for two hats paid for and ready, order completed and money withdrawn from my account, I eagerly wait for my order for days until I get an email saying they are canceling my purchase as they do not have the items I ordered and have already paid for. When I could consider taking two other hats in their range in the colours I ordered (which I did not really want) instead of the ones I had ordered she said I would have to pay full price for the other hats and she could not match the price I had already paid, the least she could do to compensate me for their mistake. I stated that I have the right by law to Cover Purchase but she did not want to help me any further. Very very very dissatisfied with how the whole situation has been handled. I will take the matter further as they are not willing to help their consumers and own up to their mistake. Will never shop from here again!!
