Bought 4 carpets. Received 3 of them. The last one was sent to wrong destination. The last shipment was cancelled and I was refunded minus a ‚fail to pick up’ fee. Silly. I contacted Ellos to ask if they could just send me the package again, which they declined. I was instructed to re-purchase the carpet. However, now the carpet is 15% more expensive and Ellos tells me I have to pay the new price. No customer curtesy due to them making a mistake. Silly and waste of my time.
