Worst experience I've had at a car inspection. The technician made personal assessments of me as a mother and claimed that the car was too low, without clearly explaining what rules or measurements actually applied and the information is not available anywhere before booking. The technician wanted to cancel which was ok but continued to keep the car on the lift and belittle me for about 20 minutes in front of other customers. When the manager called back, she was just as rude and only took the technician's side, without listening to my experience. I was charged 879 SEK but received no clear information about what requirements or limit values were the basis for the assessment. I recommend choosing another inspection location if you want to be treated correctly and respectfully
Sämsta upplevels jag haft vid en bilprovning. Teknikern gjorde personliga värderingar om mig som mamma och påstod att bilen var för låg, utan att tydligt förklara vilka regler eller mått som faktiskt gällde och info står inte någonstans …
