Arrived at 8am, the office is near ramp 11. Ring the bell, show the refrigerated vehicle, they tell you which ramp to use. They gave me 7-9, so we can choose any. Loading started right away, and it was done quickly. We picked up the CMR and hit the road. I didn't ask for a restroom or shower. There was no place to stop.

They load quickly and take out the documents. I don't know about the shower or toilet. As the reviews say, you enter the territory through gate 3. The gates opened by themselves.
