We spent 14 days in Stöllet. The store is quite small, about 80 square meters, but it offers everything you need. I compared prices and they're either the same as the ICA in Ekshärad or up to 30% more expensive, which is perfectly fine for small items or just popping in for a quick bite. The staff is indeed extremely friendly, as described, and even gave my wife and me tips on nice hiking spots. They also have a small bakery display with rolls and baguettes that you can get warm in the morning. They also sell pre-baked rolls.
