DO NOT GO HERE WITH YOU CAR UNTILL YOU WANT TO BE FOOLED AND RIPPED OFF. My AC stopped cooling and I picked AC maintenance package at Eco Bilvård i Göteborg. I asked them to fill in system with gas if everything is fine with AC. When I came back to pick up my car they told me that AC compressor doesn't work, however they filled in gas in the system and I need to pay for that too. To my obvious question why did they do that if AC doesn't work Martin (I believe he is the owner of this place) told me that I don't know how it works and they did everything right. And if I want they can easily change not working compressor. I got a feeling that there was something fishy and decided to make my own investigation which showed that ac compressor relay doesn't work. I changed relay, but it was still not working. So I tried to bypass relay and turn on compressor with wire in the relay box by closing switcher contacts and after that compressor started to work, but there was still no cool air in the car. Having in mind that there was no leakages in AC tubes according to their maintenance work (you can see in the attached invoice that the only failure they found was AC compressor) and compressor is actually fully functional I decided to go to a different service and check if there was ac gas in system at all. And guess what, ac system was completely empty! They didn't fill it at all and sucked out remaining gas! I filled it in and AC started to work again. Eco Bilvård i Göteborg had two simple tasks and they failed it: 1) Not functioning AC compressor (in reality just a relay) 2) Charging me for 350 grams of gas, which they didn't fill in I picked their service through autobutler.se and it worth mentioning that when I complained about it giving my honest review, autobutler tried to defend this workshop and failed to find a compromise. After my complaint Martin called me and in a very aggressive and rude way asked me why I made a complaint.. Highly incompetent, rude, arrogant and deceitful staff. Do not recommend! In reply to owner's response: Do you admit that you were wrong about what was the problem with AC? That compressor is fine and the real problem was relay. Why did you suck out all the gas from the system and told me the opposite? And what refund are you talking about? You didn't offer me any refund. People behave like this when someone is lying and trying to fool them!
