What is the simplest thing I say about this burger gem in the middle of Österlen: Just go there! The vegan and gluten-free burger I had was delicious and the loaded fries were equally impressive. Salted gherkin is, in my opinion, a must as a burger topping and it tasted great! The loaded fries comes with plenty of toppings and fresh sliced, green chilies that were not hot but gently warmed your mouth in the pleasant way the sun warms your skin in the morning. They have blended the perfect food truck feel with the great service and do make sure you book a table beforehand to avoid disappointment! Österlenburgare should be an essential destination for anyone living in, or visiting Skåne!
