Rude staff, bad treatment, condescending behavior. Was going to return a jacket that was purchased at the end of August 2019 as it was not up to standard. The jacket was only worn on 2 occasions, the jacket lost color and the collar padding bunched up at the sides of the head. As this was not a cheap jacket (799 SEK) I thought this was not okay. I went to Cassels on December 8 and told the staff there that I did not think the jacket was in good shape and that it is not normal for the jacket to lose color after 2 uses and that the padding should move in the collar. They told me there that they would send the jacket back to the manufacturer and contact me later. On Tuesday they call and say that I have to come and pick up the jacket as there is nothing wrong with it and they think that I imagined there was something wrong with the jacket. They were very rude in the conversation and said I was lazy for not understanding that you should "puff up the jacket every time you use it" I told them to throw the jacket away or give it away as I didn't want anything to do with them anymore if they didn't want to take responsibility. They have called me several times after that and said I have to pick up the jacket as they don't want to give me my money back or anything like that. I don't intend to go there again and I also don't intend to take back a jacket I won't use as it is clearly not correct. Cassels should review how they handle certain situations with their customers.
