There is no way to give 0 (Zero), else thats what I want to give for my experience. I visited the store to buy Bathroom product (Mr. Muscle) and the product was not available. Store mentioned that I can use another one which is same and they told me it'll work same but need to leave it overnight. I follow the exact process mentioned and explained and it didn't worked at all. I went back to store and the person at store just refuse to take the product back and asked me to go and take it with product company instead. I asked why you misguided me and they sold me something which is not useful at all. They disown any responsibility and they refuse to do any action. I asked why should I loose my money because of their misguidance, no satisfactory answer from them. Then they said that they have lots of work to do at store and they can't help me anymore (not sure what they helped me anyway, selling random product to keep sales up). Store is just selling product without any ownership for it and even if they guide you, they don't own what they say. Thats not a big amount of money for me to loose but it's Customer satisfaction and responsibility , which is missing. Not sure if this is same for all Dollar Store now, but it was not that bad atleast till 1 year back.
