The phone service is very poor – between 8:00 and 8:12 it was not possible to call, and after that it was constantly busy. I tried to call over 100 times to reschedule my appointment. When I finally arrived for the appointment I had to wait for 42 minutes without seeing the doctor who had booked the appointment. It is really frustrating that there is no reception to contact on site, but only a reception building where the staff has no information. Very bad
