Warning, the previous (2024) so good so the treatment has changed and now it is pushy with the aim of selling you extra services. They also do not hesitate to lie about the status of your tires. I went through the tires carefully before the change when I picked out all the stones that had settled in the pattern. On site they pick out the wheels and a member of staff immediately says that I have to change the tires that they are not legal and that the law says 4 mm tread depth requirement. I ask them to change the tires anyway as I do not share their opinion. Then the voice is raised even more and the staff now claims that the tires are from 2019 and that the rubber is dried out and dangerous to drive with. The site manager connects, feels one of the tires and says that the rubber is hard and suggests that I can pay in installments if I cannot afford to pay for the change. I ask them to load the wheels into the car again as I do not want to have anything to do with this station anymore. Facts: All four tires were purchased and installed in 2022, the date of manufacture according to what is written on the tires is V 33 in 2021. The requirement for tread depth on winter tires by law is 3 mm. The tires are made by Bridgestone, a premium brand that has only been running for three seasons with a tread depth of at least 5 mm. I am a certified inspection manager and would never risk safety by letting my partner drive with tires that have too little tread depth. I went to another of their stations, asked them to check and change the tires. There I received excellent service and there was nothing to complain about the tires.
