Play ping pong of people. It is so unbelievably sad that SOME of the people who work at NAV make it so difficult for foreigners. I have been sent back and forth several times. I do not have a personal number, have to meet each time physically at the NAV office. Was going to send several documents, physically went to the NAV office to ask which documents should be sent. A dark man, said that it IS NOT LAW to print out messages that have been sent to the person in question, at the NAV office. So I had to call NAV, I have fortunately been given all the questions I need. I have collected all the documents, went to NAV today and was told that I could get the message anyway…Then it was another lady. Had to submit a doctor's statement, together with a dark man in NAV, got almost mad that we do not have a translator of documentation into Norwegian and started to scare me that it will definitely be rejected. Called NAV again, then a lady said that it is not true, that it is NAV that will translate the doctor's statement. It's all just sad and you get angry that there's so much back and forth. We're just people who have been unlucky without a job and we've fixed a job ourselves, without any help, everything is in order with documents, but it's so ugly towards people to be so rude when we ask for help. Help for the state, which should receive people with joy and not bitterness.
