I recently purchased an expensive car from this dealership. The car itself is excellent, and the inventory seems to be of high quality. However, the experience with my salesperson was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The main issue was the lack of communication and follow-through regarding winter tires. I raised the question about winter tires upon picking up the car, and the salesperson promised a call back which never happened. After some follow-ups from my side, the salesperson eventually sent me pictures of tires, confirming he had them for me. I drove a 200 km round trip to pick them up, only to be told they wouldn't fit my car, and that he would instead give me a "good price" on a new set. After yet another follow-up from me, he admitted he still didn't have any suitable tires, forcing me to buy a full set elsewhere. Beyond the tire situation, the communication was poor overall. I received a text message containing another customer's information by mistake, and the salesperson seemed confused about basic details like the car's model year. While the car is great, the lack of professionalism, common sense, and reliability from this specific sales representative significantly tarnished the overall experience.
