Yesterday (Saturday, January 24th), my three friends and I went to this Subway about 30 minutes before closing. We were exhausted and very hungry after traveling, and this was our only option. Unfortunately, the employee working there refused to do his job and told us he would only make one sandwich total, despite the store still being open. When I politely declined and explained that we all needed to eat, he became dismissive and unprofessional. I then asked for his name in order to file a complaint, which he repeatedly refused to give, laughing and acting disrespectfully instead. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Being open means serving customers until closing time, not picking and choosing how much work you feel like doing. I’m going to leave a description because he didn’t give me his name. he was small around 5,7 black male. If you’re traveling in Sweden, I strongly recommend avoiding this Subway location.
