WARNING! NOTE! NEW COMPANY NAME, SAME UNSERIOUS PERSON(S). If you ask me, that's a big, gigantic WARNING for this company! Do not hire!!! Google "Lawyer in the North", "Norrjuridik" and similar and you will see that this is the same address and the same person is behind it as then. Also read the article in the newspaper Folkbladet: "A lawyer in Västerbotten has been reported and convicted five times in the past year. The solution when the negative criticism has rained down and the company has been reported time and time again? Change the name of both the company and itself." This is my experience of this company: For me, they quickly took payment in advance, but when I wanted to exercise my right of withdrawal (because I saw so many other bad reviews), only explanations of absence came back and they blamed technical explanations (?) for several weeks. No money was paid back for months, and in the end they made themselves completely uncontactable. I had to fight for six months all the way to the district court to get my money back. It seems that the business idea is just to cheat customers out of their advance payment, but NOT to pay back if they change their mind. (Google Jurist i Norr och des ökager, and its owner, and you will find more dissatisfied customers.) When I called the police and wanted to report the procedure, the police officer claimed that there were already several other police reports against this company (exactly what Folkbladet also tells us about). However, the police referred me to sue the district court on my own because the dispute did not fall under general prosecution. WARNING!! EDIT: The so-called Norrlandsjuristen has answered me below. In response to this, I just want to send a few lines from Folkbladet's investigative article. As I said. WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! "Oscar Mikaelsson responds by email with a long counterargument against the complainants, Arn's approach and against the incident being highlighted in the media. Most interesting, however, is that he is now not emailing from the company name "Jurist i norr" - but "Norrlandsjuristen". What name does the lawyer go by? It depends on which company you have hired. We look up the new website instead. There is a lot that is recognizable from Jurist i norr's old website - in both appearance and design as well as the way the lawyer is described: how he graduated in 2011, has "broad experience in all areas of law" and how he "after many years at a firm, he has chosen to change his name to legal consultant". It is noteworthy, however, that the lawyer (who is described very similarly on both websites) is no longer called Oscar Mikaelsson but Karl Mikaelsson. Folkbladet begins by asking him why the company suddenly changed its name. He believes that it was primarily about finding a better name for his website. – Just over a year ago I wanted a .se domain but since juristinorr was not available I had to settle for one as similar as I could find, answers Oscar Mikaelsson. It also appears that as a lawyer you are now using a different name than before. Why then? – What do you mean? On the Norrlandsjuristen website you appear under the name Karl Mikaelsson, while on your old website you appear under the name Oscar Mikaelsson. How come you use different names on the websites of your different companies? – That is because it is a misunderstanding. It is not the same person. It is a partner that I partly help at the same time that I am currently partially on sick leave due to exhaustion. When I have, for example, given my telephone number to him and forwarded certain assignments, misunderstandings/confusions may perhaps arise, I suppose. But that is therefore incorrect, claims Oscar Mikaelsson. An agreement has been made but not much has happened since, according to the several complainants who were found in favor of Arn. His full name according to the Swedish Tax Agency? Oscar Karl Fredrik Mikaelsson."
Mycket trevligt bemötande, stor meny med oväntat välsmakande mat och generösa portioner och framförallt oerhört prisvärt. Härligt att upptäcka ett ställe som inte hetsats med i Stockholms ibland absurda prisrace. Rekommenderas varmt!
