If I had known before what I know today, I would never have let the company into my house. Unfortunately, they were hired to fix the water damage in connection with my water damage. Didn't keep appointments, didn't come until I questioned whether they were interested in continuing the work or if I should call another company. Didn't give a price for extra work that was ordered in connection with the damage despite a promise that it would happen. Mark-up on the cost of the work, e.g. toilet seats, by 100%! No information that certain work would be more expensive and not covered by insurance until the invoice had already been sent to me. Also claimed that it was the construction company, which was in charge of the actual repair and coordination of the damage, that would inform about the increase in price. After checking, they had not found out about it either, even though Bravida's representative claimed that it had happened. In addition, the invoice was not parked, despite a promise to do so, before everything was sorted out, but it was sent to a debt collection agency. I have worked in both the construction industry and as a construction claims adjuster before, but have never experienced such a poorly handled case.
