Inget dåligt att säga. Lastningen gick snabbt, lastaren talade perfekt engelska. Jag kom för sent, efter att ha frågat dem vänligt lät de mig parkera på deras gård över natten. Byggnaden till vänster är deras lager.
I arrived on Friday, it was around the time they close the warehouse and i hoped they'd unload my last pallet before the weekend. Well, no worries, if the old lady at the gate would have said: "We are closed, come back on monday.", my problem after all, to arrive that late.. But no. That lady at the gate had nothing to say about the time. *She started yapping about some pallet id or code i need to have to get in*. We'll get back to it later, remember that part! After about 30mins of searching for that code/id, she randomly said: "It's closed for now anyways." You're telling me this.. NOW!? Came back next monday. That same lady was at the gate. Remember that code/id she was yapping about..? Yeah well, that #### doesn't exist and is not even needed to go loading. Of course she pretended like she didn't say something like that on friday. Safety gear! Like one another Koleka mentioned, boots were in the sidestorage. I had to put everything on, dirty highvis jacket, boots, helmet, glasses before she let me drive in. I can understand its needed on site while on foot, but im currently in my cab.. why In the warehouse everyone was very friendly, spoke good English. Fast unloading. That's why the two stars. Driving out, that rude lady at the gate wouldn't let me out. Sounds like something is wrong, doesn't it? I had to walk up to the gatehouse just to discover that she wanted those cheap one-time use glasses back.. THAT'S IT!! As I'm not the onlyone leaving a negative review about that rude old lady at the gate, i hope Outokumpu takes notes. Not the best image she gives about Your company.
Bristen på skyltar gör det svårt att hitta rätt lastplats. Arbetarna är hjälpsamma, vänliga, talar engelska och lossningen går snabbt. ⚠️Motorgränd har ÅTERVÄNDSGÅNG⚠️ (tillräckligt med plats att vända)
