With sensitivity and commitment, she helped me choose both a shirt and pants, and she made me feel confident that it was the right decision. Her ability to combine expertise with a genuine interest in the customer created a very positive experience. Having worked in retail myself, I know how important good customer service is, and how much it actually affects the overall impression of a store.
