I've been to Aloma and met both Peder and Kalle for many different climbing related injuries the past few years. I have always left the appointment feeling like they really hit the nail on it's head with the diagnosis and the rehab plan. They thoroughly explain the injury, the plan, and give clear guidelines for you to follow so that you you know how relate to your injury, find the right intensity for you and the right exercise progression. It always gives a greater sense of agency and control over injuries that had previously seemed unpredictable. On many occasions, both Kalle and Peder really went the extra mile and helped more than what was expected. They really are passionate about what they do and love to get into the nitty gritty details. +They are especially good at everything finger related. Highly recommend!
