After over 13 years of satisfying use of my Kingpin CES210 monitor, the control box unfortunately broke (making the monitor unusable). Such a bummer! I contacted Kingpin in Sweden by email. They helped me quickly and efficiently, and they concluded that the control box was indeed broken. I was given the option of having a new or used control box shipped. This was done the same day—what fantastic service! So, not only is it a great product, but also, after many years, simply superb support—something you don't see very often.
