Jag besökte stället en vardagskväll och tyckte att det var ganska fullt. Det verkade vara ett mycket populärt ställe, jag tyckte att ölen var väldigt god. Och ölutbudet var utmärkt.
The food here is superb, i had the plate from trögden. Which had flat smoked pork side, reindeer heart, lamb steak and cheddar cheese. I recommend the reindeer heart, as it was delicious. For my main i had pike perch fillet, with caper butter and assorted vegetables. The fish was cooked perfectly, and tasted wonderful. Also the guest house ales and sweet meads are highly recommended. The service is excellent, as you actually get to chat to the staff at your table, and they were all attentive and lovely. And the atmosphere i found electric. As meeting new people and just striking up conversation, added to the dining experience. Plus the live music with instruments just topped off a most enjoyable evening.
As the weather was gorgeous, i took a stroll through the royal park. Unfortunately here was temporarily closed, but the surrounding garden is a lovely place to just sit and relax.
