I had back pain that never let up, so this time I thought it was time to really tackle the problem and maybe get some other stiffness sorted out too. Got a thorough review from the guy 😀, there were certainly many muscles that weren't working as they should. Feels good to start by looking at the root of the problems. Good review of the exercises and instructional video on them. Now all that matters is that you continue with the exercises. This will be great. Can really recommend Magnus 👌
