Booked an appointment before the trip to Spain for the installation of an Aqua filter at Alde and the replacement of refrigerant in the heating system. Very well received. After the work was completed, we went to Limhamn to stay overnight for the ferry departure at 10:00 on Saturday, i.e. the next day. Started the fresh water pump and got no pressure. It was Friday and Halloween and it was about 3:00 p.m. and a 2-hour trip to Färlöv. Called Alde and they answered and after a short thought Daniel asked when we could be back in Färlöv. Three hours later the pump was replaced after it was found that the pump house was leaking, not a fresh water pump with the Alde brand. Fantastic service and if Daniel and his colleagues had not been there, we would have had to cancel the ferry trip the following day at 10:00 a.m. to Travemunde. Thank you for your efforts and hospitality. You could not be blamed for the error at all. We would be more than happy to return.
