Here is my experience of buying a pool from Primastar. First of all, I need to say that I am not paid or have any connection to Primastar. I bought a pool over 20 years ago from Transmekano, which is closed down. Last year I needed to replace my old pool and started looking for a company that would hopefully be able to deliver the same quality as I had before. After a lot of searching and many inquiries, the decision was made to let Primastar deliver my pool. A decision that turned out to be absolutely right. A delivery of over 300kg with numbered packages appeared, which made assembly and delivery control easy. Then came the day when we were supposed to assemble the pool. It turned out to be a simple story with 2 people working. The instructions for use and assembly would turn out to be one of the most fun descriptions we have read. Important for those of you who buy a pool of the brand "Sea Shore" 1.37 m is that you must put in the pool liner correctly and properly. The pool liner itself would have to be a few dm higher, as it was quite accurate when we installed it. If we hadn't put in some work to center the pool liner, it wouldn't have reached over the edge of the pool in some places. When we installed the pool, we had the wrong connection to the skimmer, so we called Primastar who immediately sent a new skimmer at no cost and with no requirement to return the delivered skimmer. A nice and knowledgeable support on the other end of the phone. Now we have just started up the pool for this year and everything looks good and works as we expected after the winter. So if you want a solid pool with high quality, delivered by a serious company with great support...then you choose Primastar.
