The person who did the work was nice and felt professional. If it had only been for him, the rating would have been better. However, I should have read reviews before I let them do the work and asked them to include materials in the price quote. When I received the invoice, I reacted to how extremely high it was and when I checked, the price of the items I checked was 3 times higher than in the store. I didn't have the energy to check them all. I pointed it out and they show no understanding that it is unreasonable and nothing a customer can expect. They say it is because they buy from a wholesaler. They should change buyers and wholesalers if the prices they have are due to such high prices.
