The staff do what they can and try, but still there are huge shortcomings in the group, the clients are affected by the shortcomings already from the management level to the clients at the residence. The staff are being worked up and it affects the clients enormously who also do not get the groups that are promised, not the topics that are promised and do not get treatment that feels sufficient.. Relapse prevention does not exist and there is rarely CBT. The staff say there are resources but you do not get them.
