I normally make a point of going in to shops like this rather than buying online because I think it's better to support retailers. I won't make that mistake again. Here's why. 1. We went in to buy a laptop. The website told us it was plenty in stock. When we got to the shop, they were sold out, but surprise surprise a more expensive model was available. Already a scam feels like it is underway. 2. When we decided to buy this more expensive model, we were offered a discount. That's nice. We were then offered more discount "via our partners" if we have any accounts with phone companies. Erm, ok? Then the guy then started to enrol us for a 1 year internet contract and promised us that his price was the cheapest possible. I stopped him right there and told him my plans in a couple of months were to switch to our usual favourite provider. He told me that provider can't supply my house (it can, I double checked). I told him to stop and just sell us the machine. 3. He insisted on offering us a "super deal" with some mobile phone company. Free calls and SMS if we sign up for a plan would give us a 1000 Kr discount on the laptop. The plan would cost 200 Kr per month . It’s basically a 1 year loan with 100% interest. 4. He offered us an "extended warranty" at 600 Kr - I'm pretty sure he said this would be a 3 year warranty. I told him E.U. law mandates minimum 2 year warranty, and he tried to tell me that no, this is wrong, elgiganten only offer 1 year warranty unless I pay more. And then the scary story about how the machine might break etc. I checked, the elgiganten website says that a 3 year warranty applies. So the guy was trying to charge me extra for something I already had. So many other people have been hit with these subscription scams, if you read the other 1* reviews you get the same story. I'll never waste any more money or time on this company again.

Försökte sätta in pengar på vårt konto och de tyckte att det var konstigt och vägrade att betjäna oss. Är det inte det en bank är till för? Okej, vi går till en annan bank som gärna sätter in pengar på ett konto.
De här killarna förhandlade fram ett "speciellt" räntesparkonto för oss för att få in oss i deras system, som rampades ner till ingenting inom några veckor utan att berätta det för oss. Ännu mindre pålitlig än en genomsnittlig bank.

Välsmakande frukost. Rena. Mycket trevligt landskap. Banan ser riktigt bra ut men jag hade inte mina klubbor för att prova den eftersom vi precis passerade.
Tasty breakfast. Clean. Very nice scenery. The course looks really good but I did not have my clubs to try it as we were just passing through.
