The atmosphere was fine and the service was good, but the food was genuinely bad. We ordered the osso buco with risotto, and it was clearly lamb shank, not proper osso buco. It also wasn’t braised properly. On top of that, it came with an absurd amount of tomato that wasn’t even a real sauce. It just tasted like plain tomato with no depth. The risotto was bland and also way too stiff, almost undercooked. I’m pretty sure they didn’t use enough wine and butter, because it had none of that rich, balanced risotto flavor. We also got the fettuccine alfredo and it was shockingly tasteless. It didn’t even feel properly salted. The food was so disappointing that we didn’t order dessert. We just left as fast as possible.
