I’m really not happy. The doctors don’t listen to the patients. If you say that you have a problem they don’t listen, they really don’t care. I had 3 health problems, they said I didn’t have that problems. I went there many times and paid money. But they didn’t help until I had 100% problem. Because of their mistake I lost my job and I had to operate me. 2 days ago I went to them and showed them that I had moles . The mole /skin tag is growing and it’s really itchy and changing colour. Even I checked on internet and it’s shows if can cause skin cancer . But the Doctors said that they couldn’t do anything. They said I had to buy a medicine at the farmaci or visit the private hospital. The doctors said that it is really expensive for you. Then I explained to them that the mole is growing and that I would like to go to a specialist. But they said no and that they can’t help me. Even the doctor showed me his arms that I have as well these types of moles . I don’t understand how can a doctor be like this , which studies they have ?? I came from Italy. I operated my nose in Italy, because I had difficult to breathe because my face was changing. Before that I went to capio Stenungsund and they said that it wasn’t a problem. The skin had started to grow in my nose.I emergency checked my nose in Italy because I had difficulty to breathe. Then the doctors in Italy operated me directly.,and I paid for 5.000 euro. I have to go back to Italy and check this skin mole.It will be expensive. If the mole will cause serious problems then I will write a complaint .The doctor said it he isn’t interested and said he didn’t care. He said that I can send a complaint. That is why I am writing a feedback because I know they don’t care about complaints.

Hello , I want to share my experience as I have been in uddevalla elgiganten store at service point , but it was bad experience with service department.they are talked not respectful with coustmer . Even we told to him that the watch is not working .but he told many times if it's working then you have to pay for that . We are not recommended to any one . Amazing service. the company and the staff are very responsible, we bought a used car and they completed the inspection and also gave a replacement car.
