We found Ulf from his YouTube channel and were impressed with the quality of his content and the previous mixes and masters he has released. Being an Oslo-based band, we took the chance to work with Ulf instead of using our previous Mastering Engineer, and this was the best decision we've made. Ulf took our mixes from an average sound to a professional sound, competitive with the genre we pay in, but with a distinct organic tone that is sorely missing within the metal genre. We honestly feel that Ulf captured how we sound as a band and made that translate in the final Masters. He's a professional person to work with, quick to reply (within a few business days by email), and was willing to go the extra distance to work with us in getting the Masters as we hoped for, only better.
