Expensive clothes that have quality from China. I bought several jeans from them and the fabric became very creasy and frail after only a few washings and eventually they ripped after a few months. The jeans weren't even tight on me, the fabric just ripped after washing them according to their instructions. The jeans that i have from other stores are ok so it's just their bad quality to blame. The customer support online said that i can take them back and get new ones but i wanted my money back not new ones that are gonna break after 3 months again. Not only that but i wanted to buy the same ones that ripped so I followed the name written on them and after i bought them i realized that they are completely different. They didn't even have real pockets and the waist line was also lower. Why would you name different jeans the same? To confuse your customers, i guess. I also bought a rain jacket for my daughter and the reflexive details started falling off after a few weeks when it wasn't even used in the rain or washed. Not to mention the gloves that i bought from them for 3-4 years that didn't fit my daughter that is 2 because it was sawn so badly between fingers that couldn't go all the way in. So it seems like their bad quality is for all of their clothes not just some. You pay so much just to get dissapointed.
Dissapointing. We got there at 14.10 and we were told that the check-in is at 15 and if we want to get the cabin earlier we have to pay extra. We got there by bus and we had a small baby with us too so we couldn't get there at 15 sharp. To ask us to pay extra just felt like everything was about money. When we made a booking on the website we thought that the activities will be included in the high price that we had to pay per day to stay in a small cabin because it wasn't specified on the website anything about extra costs, only for the mini golf. Unfortunately, when we got to the reception we found out that every single small activity costs a lot of money. On top of this, we were told that they had issues with the bed sheets and towels so we will get them as soon as possible. 4 hours after our check-in we still didn't get anything and we had to go to the reception again and demand for them to find a solution because our baby needed to sleep (it was almost 8 in the evening). The receptionist said that she doesn't know what do to because they have never faced this issue and after a few minutes she just magically discovered that she actually had a bag there with everything that we need. She seemed careless everytime we had to ask about the sheets and towels that we paid for and we weren't offered a solution or a discount at any point. Another dissapointing thing was the fact that the water in the pools was extremely cold (the same temperature as the sea water) which made no sense for us anymore to come all that way to experience cold water when we could have gone to the sea for free. The pool is also closing at 17.45, which is very early for a vacation resort. The rental boats looked extremely old and dirty and when we asked the receptionist if there are other kinds of boats than canoes she said that no because they are broken. Later on we discovered that they have pedal boats too and they weren't broken at all since others were using them. It seemed like she didn't know what she was talking about. We rented a big bike and it was extremely difficult to pedal. If she would have mentioned that the bike itself is very heavy already we wouldn't have wasted 120 kr to discover that. Overall pros: the cabin (nr 13) was pretty clean and nice. The bed was big enough and it had a lot of windows and storage spaces. The camp site is close to the bus stop and ica is 1.4 km away. The food at at the bistro and the ice cream was very good. They had several playgrounds and sometimes music for kids and adults. Overall cons: the fact that we had to pay for every single activity was a huge minus. No actual soap in the cabin, only a foam soap on the wall that didn't feel like it was cleaning anything off my hands. The shower looked old and disgusting and we preferred using the showers outside. The toilet seat was also old and very uncomfortable. We only received 2 small trash bags for 3 days that broke instantly every time we tried to throw the trash even though there was nothing heavy or sharp in them. There was no salt or condiments in the cabin, and the few power sockets that existed were placed in very weird places difficult to get to. One of the curtains in the kitchen was missing and it was directly facing the cabin behind us. The window in the bedroom was facing the toilets outside which were only 2-3 meters away from our cabin so it was a lot of movement and noise all the time. Also, the water supply was right in front of our cabin so there was no privacy or quietness. The cabin got really warm during the day and cold during the night so we had to turn on the heaters. The majority of people that were there were either mean or loud. Some of them were listening to loud music even after 12. The TV only had 3 channels so kind of pointless to even advertise it. While we stayed there we also noticed other customers complaining because of mistakes that they made and their attitude was always careless and cold. All in all, it felt like they only care about making money at every turn and they don't care at all about their customers.
The teachers speak Swedish and English with the kids and we really love this daycare. The staff is really caring and everytime we emailed the headmaster she responded really fast. She started when she was 1 year and 4 months old and now she is almost 2. She developed a lot during this time, she can speak 3 languages, she is very organized and can mainly do things by herself. We are very picky when it comes to daycares but we can honestly say that we've been lucky to find this little gem with amazing staff and a healthy environment. They also serve a varied menu with veggies, meat, sandwiches, salads, and fruits (compared to other daycares that don't serve meat at all to save money).

When i got to the hospital i told them that my contractions are painful but they sent me home without even checking me saying that they are false contractions and to go home and watch movies cause i will probably give birth the next day. A few hours later i returned even in more pain and they discovered i was already dilated 5 cm. I asked for an epidural which i received 5 hours later when i was already 10 cm dilated. After the birth we were sent to the patient hotel through some underground tunnels without clear instructions and we got lost until we found a worker there that showed us the way. I was also dizzy so my husband had to push me in a wheelchair while i was carrying the baby and other bags in my arms. Very unsafe considering my condition in which i could have fainted every moment and the baby to fall from my arms. At the patient hotel i felt like they treated my husband as a nobody as if he wasn't the father of the baby and deserved to be there as much as me. The sheets for his bed had to be paid separately and the food too. Even though the food was free for me when i went and asked for some baked potatoes because I didn't like anything else i only got 3 very small potatoes probably because they were afraid to not share them with my husband. When we checked out a lady from the reception said that we will pay only for 2 nights because we got there around 2 at night but a few hours later when there was someone else at the reception she said that we have to pay for 3 nights actually. All in all i felt like the birth personnel just wants to get over the birth and sent you away from there as fast as possible and the fact that they sent me home in the first place without checking me when i was in fact in labor and in a lot of pain was very unprofessional. I could have given birth at home if i would have listened to their advice to just wait until the next day.
