Location 4/5: Right outside the metro exit and if you are going to Ikea or coming back it'll be to your side. So the location is excellent. Products 3.5/5: The products are ok, you can find some high quality items and also some low quality products but you'd understand that from the price and the packaging. Planogram Design (The way items are organized) 3/5: Nothing super fancy here and there are some nice surprises every now and then, but at the same time there is a lot of weirdly placed items I guess the lack of space is what governs this point the most. Customer service 1/5: You get help if you ask for it but it's the least pleasant experience in the whole shop. Feels like either the workers are not treated well/underpaid or something ill is going on! I personally dislike this the most and I wanted to rant about it but I changed my mind and decided to write a constructive review. Bottom line: It's a good store to shop from but don't expect to be greeted with a smile or assisted in what you are doing, over a year of shopping there and I still can't get used to how sad/miserable the workers look I wish I can talk to them and see if I can help them, is it a manager that's treating them bad? is it them who decided to do so? I have absolutely no idea and this is not a rhetoric question but it bothers me for their sake first and foremost. I wish Lidl has a team that review these Google reviews and can reach out to that store and see what's up. I would've send this in an e-mail but e-mails might go to spam/be forgotten this review hopefully will stick. Edit : For the sake of transparency I upped my review stars because the social media team is active and replied quickly to the matter which shows great initiative from Lidl. Thank you Lidl and yes I will remain a customer specially after this friendly interaction.
