I am disappointed with Rentokil's poor service. I was not given a specific arrival time, and we had to be home. When they used the bed bug spray, it didn't work. The problem persisted, and today I waited for them, but they didn't come. It turns out I have to find another time for them to come. Their staff is not trained or equipped with special equipment for pest inspections, and one of their employees left the shoes he was wearing during the inspection lying on the ground floor of the building. Also, the staff who served me on my first and third visits were not friendly at all. Honestly, they don't even deserve one star.
