I'm handing in my car through an insurance matter! It was 5 weeks before they started working on it. Then when the damage was "fixed" I got the car back and then the driveshaft came off (again) so I handed the car back again! Waited a few days and got it back. But still noise from the front and a broken wishbone on the ones that "they" say they didn't break but the car was inspected 3 days before with blank papers. And the mechanic himself says he only loosened the top and (push) out the driveshaft! In my opinion, it's no wonder things break if you bend things instead of loosening everything! They say they don't know where the noise is coming from so they take it to Hedin bil! Who in turn discovers that the workshop has "FORGOTTEN" screws to put in the subframe that they replaced! And with all this, ALLTIBIL says there's nothing more they can do :) so I paid 7000 SEK for a repair through the insurance that fixed 50% of the damage. And that I got the car back with more faults than they had before which they say is wear and tear!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALLTIBIL AT HÖNÖ. If you want (KANON SERVICE)…….Very dissatisfied customer. And that I had it in for troubleshooting 11 weeks ago for other things that they STILL HAVE NOT SENT IN to the insurance! VERY serious Company!
