A very unprofwssional store for getting contact lenses. They didn’t give me my contact lenses because they thought i am not handling them safely. The person explaining me how to wear contact lenses was least interested in helping me out and I could see she was tired to help me out, she wasn’t teaching me the proper technique but just repeating the same things over and over again without actually looking how I am trying. When I got tired of them, I went to synoptik and I got my lenses on the first day of training , and they were super friendly and patient. How can a big company like Synsam survive with such a bad and disreputable customer service , I still don’t understand. Shame on you Synsam, precious time and money wasted. I would suggest not to go to Synsam and instead try Synoptik, they are far more better
