The first delivery I got a call from a stressed driver who didn't care at all whether I was even home or working. The next delivery they claim they've been here several times and left me a message that they couldn't deliver because the gate has a code, which it doesn't. I hadn't received a note, text, call or email about the visit. I called to try to understand what had happened and was treated rudely by someone who had zero interest in explaining or addressing the criticism, apologizing or doing anything other than saying that the delivery would happen. I've been waiting for this ridiculously expensive package for over a week. The delivery just arrived and it was a nice person, finally!
