Bad customer service experience today. Not sure I want to buy "big stuff" from jula anymore. I HAD a machine under warranty that did not start. And when it was given to them for testing they find no fault, okey fine, but they want me to pay almost 300kr to get it back. I did not expect this to happen at all. I think its absurd because it is a brand new thing. I now do NOT have the machine I have payed allot for. Very disapointed about this. That is my bad experience. I can NOT recommend their service for testing new machines that don't start. But I will go forward with my complaint.
