While unloading, the driver waits in the vehicle. The operator stamps the paperwork. We exit along the same road and onto the scale. We call security, and after the weighing, we're ready to go.

We are going to a specific place, in my case loading sideways. After loading, we leave the port and head to the stop near the office. There we collect the papers and go.

The office is between ramps 4 and 5, as is the restroom; there's no need to go to the office. You throw the paperwork onto the trailer and pull up to the ramp. After unloading, it will be stamped onto the trailer. Unloading is done with a notification. In my case, as before, they only started unloading after an hour of notification, and with great difficulty. You can park in front of the gate if you have any problems.
The company is fine; as far as I know, they're open until 5 p.m. If you manage to get in later, the square is closed for the night. They take a while to get you in. Getting in sometimes means standing at the gate for 30 minutes until someone takes pity on you, even though you call the number provided at the gate. Access is from Dragevagen Street.
