I am very disappointed with the McDonald’s Knalleland Borås (Ryavallen) branch. At night, the staff clean the kitchen early(around 9 p.m.) and then put all the hot french fries on the takeaway pockets made from used items, just to avoid making the frying area oily again. This is extremely unhygienic and shows no concern for customers’ health or food safety. A restaurant should prioritize cleanliness and fresh service for customers, not convenience for staff. When we told them they said we only do it at nights.
